9. Returns, refunds and damaged products

Eligible return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery under our proposed return policy.

Because skincare and beauty products are hygiene-sensitive, opened, used, or unsealed products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Exceptions may apply where a product is defective, incorrect, damaged on arrival, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Please contact us before returning any product. Refunds are subject to inspection and confirmation of eligibility.
